KioskDesk is a remote cashier and guest kiosk. We store what we need to run your business account: login emails, your menu, orders, Square connection status, and branding you enter.
Card numbers are not sent to KioskDesk. Guests pay on your Square Terminal. Square processes those payments under Square's terms. We only receive payment ids, totals, and payment status.
Live video between cashier and kiosk is relayed so the call can connect. We do not keep a recording of that video.
We use Supabase to store account and order data, Netlify to host the site, and (when configured) Resend to send transactional mail such as password resets you start, day totals, and signup copies of kiosk logins.
